Applicants can qualify for residency in New Zealand if they have a skilled job offer and achieve a total of 6 points under the Skilled Migrant Category.

Points can be awarded based on the level of qualification, payrate or whether occupational registration is required. Additional points can be awarded for up to three years work experience in New Zealand.
