Appeals Against Declined Residence Visas
If Immigration New Zealand has declined your residence visa application, you can appeal to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal within 42 days.
Individuals may appeal to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal on the following matters:
- The application was incorrectly declined.
- The applicant has special circumstances that warrant an exception to residence instructions.
